Two varietals, one farm. Typica for a clean, forgiving roast that suits a wide range of profiles. Red Catuai, honey-processed, for a sweeter and heavier cup with more to work with at lighter roasts.

Plan for roast loss: 50 lb of green yields roughly 41–42 lb roasted, depending on how far you take it. Sample lots and cupping notes available on request — tell us the profile you are chasing and we will tell you honestly whether this coffee gets you there.
