When do the tours run?
One departure a day at 10:30am. The 30-minute Quick Stop runs Mondays and Thursdays, the 60-minute Signature runs Tuesdays. The 90-minute Seed to Cup is seasonal, October to February, and only for groups of 10 or more by arrangement.
Do I need to book ahead, or can I just show up?
Book ahead. There is only one departure per day and space is limited, so walk-ups often miss out. Pick your date on the 30-minute or 60-minute tour page and you are confirmed on the spot. The coffee shop and farm store are open Monday to Saturday without a reservation.
I have a group. Can we book another time?
Yes. Groups of 10 or more get 15% off and can book outside the 10:30am departure, on a day that works for both of us. Call the farm at (808) 936-3362.
Which tour should I pick?
If you are passing through with a park reservation to make, take the 30-minute Quick Stop on a Monday or Thursday. If this is your coffee stop for the day, take the 60-minute Signature on a Tuesday. If you are bringing a class or a group of ten or more between October and February, ask about Seed to Cup.
Can I actually pick coffee?
On the 90-minute Seed to Cup, yes — you pick your own cherry and pulp it yourself. That is part of why it only runs October through February, when there is fruit on the trees. On the 60-minute Signature you will see picking rather than do it.
Is it hard walking?
The 30-minute tour is flat and shaded. The 60-minute adds a gentle grade on the upper farm. The 90-minute covers uneven ground and takes the longest on foot. Tell us when you book if anyone in your group needs an easier route and we will adjust.
Are kids welcome?
Yes, on every tour. The 90-minute experience is the one built for school and youth groups, with the hands-on picking and processing that keeps younger visitors engaged.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Use the link in your booking confirmation email, or call the farm. Give us as much notice as you can — with one departure a day, your spot is easy to fill if we know early.
