Miranda's Farms coffee fields on the slopes of Mauna Loa in Kaʻū, Hawaiʻi
The Roasters Club

Four varietals from one family farm. Delivered.

Most coffee subscriptions send you the same bean with a different label. Ours sends you a different tree. Typica, Red Catuai, Yellow Caturra and Peaberry — all grown, picked and roasted by the Miranda family in Kaʻū. Save 10–12% on every delivery, forever.

How it works

There is no separate signup, no members area, and no box we assemble for you. You pick the coffee you actually want and tell us how often.

Pick a coffee

Open any of our coffees and choose your size, roast and grind the way you normally would. Nothing about that changes.

Choose a delivery frequency

On the product page, select Deliver every month or Deliver every 2 weeks instead of one-time purchase. The discount applies right there in the cart.

Change it whenever

Skip a delivery, swap to a different varietal, change the frequency or cancel outright from your account. No email, no phone call, no minimum number of deliveries.

The discount is not a first-order promotion. It applies to every delivery for as long as you stay, and it stacks with free shipping on orders over $75.

What you actually save

No tiers to compare, no membership fee, no minimum order. One discount, applied to whatever you already wanted to buy.

Deliver every month

For most people. One 16 oz bag a month is roughly two cups a day.

For households, offices, and anyone who does not want to think about running out. Coffee never sits long enough to fade.

Over a year

A 16 oz Red Catuai every month is $660 a year at full price. On the club it is $594 — you keep $66, and you never place the order.

Four trees, not four labels

Every farm sells a light, a medium and a dark. We sell four genuinely different plants, grown side by side in the same volcanic soil at the same elevation. Rotate through them and you are tasting botany, not roast level.

And when the Gesha is released, you hear before anyone else

Gesha is the most sought-after variety in specialty coffee. Ours grows at 2,100 feet in Nāʻālehu, and green coffee from that block — champagne-yeast fermented, roasted by Paradise Coffee Roasters — was scored 96 points by Coffee Review and took 2nd place at the Hawaiʻi Coffee Association in 2025.

The lot is 250 bags. It is not going to last, and it is not going to be restocked until next harvest. Club members get the release email first.

Why subscribe here instead of anywhere else

Every Hawaiian coffee farm with a subscription offers roughly the same 10%. The discount is not the reason to pick one. These are.

You are buying from the people who picked it

Berta and José started in Hawaiʻi as coffee pickers and spent twelve years picking someone else's harvest before they could buy land. They still walk the rows. Nothing here is sourced, blended, or bought in from another region.

Four varietals, one farm, one soil

Rotating between our coffees is a controlled comparison — same elevation, same volcanic ground, same hands. The only variable is the plant. No other Kaʻū farm can offer that rotation, because no other Kaʻū farm grows four.

Roasted after you order, not before

There is no warehouse of month-old coffee behind this page. Your bag is roasted the day it is packed and leaves Hawaiʻi within one to two business days.

Free shipping starts at $75

One 16 oz bag plus almost anything else clears it. On a subscription, most orders ship free without you doing arithmetic.

Questions people actually ask

Is the discount only on the first delivery?

No. It applies to every delivery, for as long as your subscription is active. Some farms discount the first month only — we do not.

Can I cancel or skip?

Yes, from your account, at any time, without contacting us. You can also skip a single delivery, push the date back, change the frequency, or switch to a different coffee. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee.

Can I change which coffee I get?

Yes, and we would encourage it. The most interesting way to use the club is to rotate — a month of Typica, then Red Catuai, then Yellow Caturra — and taste what the plant changes when everything else stays the same.

Is the coffee fresh, or is it sitting in a warehouse?

We roast to order. Your bag is roasted the day it is packed and leaves Hawaiʻi within one to two business days. Every bag is date stamped.

Does the free shipping still apply?

Yes. Orders over $75 ship free, automatically, no code needed — and the subscription discount is calculated before that threshold is checked.

What about the Gesha?

The Gesha is a single 250-bag lot and is not part of the standing subscription. When it is released, club members get the email first.

Green coffee from that block, champagne-yeast fermented and roasted by Paradise Coffee Roasters, scored 96 points at Coffee Review in September 2025 and took 2nd place at the Hawaiʻi Coffee Association the same year.

Can I send it as a gift?

Not yet as a prepaid gift subscription. For now, the simplest option is a one-time order shipped to their address. If gifting is what you want, tell us — it is on the list and hearing that it matters moves it up.
